A Birthday Celebration

Something to Start:
A warming, homemade Chunky Tomato Soup, served with rustic bread.

From the Barbecue:
Escalope of barbecued chicken, diced and placed in a wrap for you to add salad, homemade salsa and sauces, to your liking.
British lamb chops, marinated overnight in our homemade Moroccan style sauce.
Barbecue grilled Sirloin minute steak.
Tasty Hotdogs for the kids.

Other Delights:
Selection of homemade salads: Potato and spring onion, Coleslaw, Tomato and chive platters and Mixed green leaf salad.
Selection of appropriate breads, rolls and wraps.

The above to be served by two members of staff, and to include disposable plates, napkins, knives and forks.

Corporate 2

All day corporate event

Nine hundred lovely sausages, served as they should be in a Country Fayre... Plenty of onions, mustard and ketchup, in a roll with a napkin and a smile.

Three large, locally sourced hogs, cooked on site, with homemade apple sauce and stuffing, served in a generous bun... Hoorah!

Barbecued chicken breast kebabs, in a choice of marinades, served in a soft flour tortillas wrap... as it is, or add salad and sauce... GET INVOLVED.

Homemade vegetable kebabs or barbecued salmon fillets for those that don't fancy the meaty options.

All with:
A hearty selection of fresh homemade salads.
